This research focus on the identification and analysis among interpersonal competencies that are developed by postgraduate students in virtual learning environments. In depth interviews to students and tutors that participate on two different on line postgraduate programs, observations through team work, multimedia video analysis, virtual environment review and investigator journal were the principal instruments for conducting this research. Using the Grounded Theory methodology, the data identify the interpersonal competence cross development by the students and it could be transferred through different personal and professional environments.
