This work presents a new methodology for the development of multimedia educational software, consisting of eight main phases: concept and pre-production, analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and validation program, production and processing of additional material. The main objective is to facilitate through the description of the elements and activities required to generate, pedagogical and technical/aesthetic overall environment, the development of multimedia educational software.
