Massive edema of the ovary is a rare stromal tumor, caused by chronic venous and lymphatic obstruction. For this reason, it is important to take it into account, with its clinical and radiological characteristics, in the process of developing the differential diagnosis. We present the case of a 15-year-old patient who goes to the emergency department for abdominal pain and who has an ovarian lesion in the imaging studies, so oophorectomy was performed, which in the final report of pathological anatomy corresponded to edema massive ovary.
