This paper addresses two essential authors in literature and philosophy. It is Kafka and Foucault whose analyze the disciplinary power and regulatory thus subjectivity the individual within the bureaucratized society. Under the absurdity of the guilt and punishment without crime Josef K., the Kafka protagonist, realizes the kidnapping of time and space, order in the speech and autonomous obedience, elements relate to individual freedom, but at the same time subject that renounce to any act of rebellion or resistance.
