63-year-old male patient, refers 2 months of evolution with general malaise, loss of weight and nocturnal diaphoresis. HIV (+), viral load in 2.5 million of copies and CD4 in 68. Endoscopy In duodenal bulb, in anterior wall, lesion of approximately 10mm in diameter, with raised edges and frankly villous, ulcerated in center and with fibrin remains, friable when taking biopsies, which reported non-Hodgkin lymphoma of large B cells in the duodenum, CD20+, bcl-2+, MUM-1+, proliferation of 80%. R-EPOCH chemotherapy scheme was started, with remission of the lesion 5 months after diagnosis.
