This article aims to analyze the social and political consequences of the phenomenon of socioterritorial segregation in local, from a specific case: the colony Pantitlán in Iztacalco. Similarly, the discussion is oriented towards autonomous community organizational forms that allowed the construction of physical barriers here. Participatory forms are evident noninstitutional looking directly influence the construction of space and the management of local politics.
