The article presents the existing contradictions and controversies generated by the law of free coexistence versus expectations of law that aims to give as well as unconstitutional and in violation of human rights by restricting the right to adoption and custody. It explains how the law is ineffective as opposed to other systems as today becomes a less attractive option to the provisions pronounced by the Supreme Court against equal marriage.
