The objective of this article is to analyze the strategic litigation in which the Autonomous University of Baja California was party from 2008 to 2016, related to the non-admitted aspirants, its formal conclusion, the reasons of their failure or success and its transcendence today. The historic methodology and the documentary research technique are followed. In the present work it is concluded that social and political support is the main factor, although not the only one, for success in strategic litigation.This work is unpublished.
