DIAZ PENA, Ivan Eduardo. Towards a conflictive transitional justice in Colombia. Derecho glob. Estud. sobre derecho justicia [online]. 2023, vol.9, n.25, pp.223-246.  Epub 22-Jan-2024. ISSN 2448-5136.  https://doi.org/10.32870/dgedj.v9i25.668.

The present work seeks to approach the dialogic principle of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) as it is one of the structural axes that nourish the work of the Jurisdiction. This article intends to make a critical analysis of the developments of this principle, within the framework of transitional justice. For this, it takes some elements and developments of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace, as well as elements of the academy, to end with a theoretical-political approach, which provides tools to deepen its analysis. The objective of this article is to make visible that this principle is closely connected to a notion of consensus and deliberation, and that this can be problematic for an institution, such as the JEP, which seeks to contribute to the satisfaction of the rights of victims of the armed conflict.
