Given the irruption of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the tasks that people carry out on a daily basis, there has been a need to gradually generate standards that allow adapting these new dynamics in the functioning of society. Thus, countries like Colombia in recent years have launched the implementation of regulations that have promoted the use of these digital tools in different legal scenarios, such as judicial processes. That is why the main objective of this article is to identify the viability and effectiveness of the implementation of NFT’S (Non- Fungible Tokens) as a means of judicial notification in arbitration processes in Colombia, which allow to carry out a follow-up so that the notification can properly reach the emails of the parties, having the certainty that they have been received by the respective recipient, in a safe, efficient and decentralized manner.
