The objective of this work is proposed a management model for producers to face the new rurality. The research method used was the Systemic with the Soft Systems Methodology. The results consist of a diagnosis of the problem and a model that describes the systems necessary for innovation processes to be carried out through the intervention of systemic brokers in innovation in this context. Limitations: the proposal is theoretical, which limits its effectiveness. The originality of this research lies in demonstrating, under a systemic approach, that the generation of collaborative networks is fundamental for the growth of rural producers in the CDMX. Findings shows that if cooperative links were created and strengthened, would increase its effectiveness if there were external intervention by systemic brokers in innovation.
