In this article we present two problems that we consider relevant regarding anthropology during the Coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19): on the one hand, the constant presence of “wild thought” as a scientific and non-scientific reaction to the effects of the pandemic and, on the other hand, the perception of otherness as a source of a disease that goes beyond a clinical or epidemiological event.
