Introduction:

Phyllodes tumor is a rare fibroepithelial tumor. They are classified as benign, borderline, or malignant.

Objective:

To describe a case of high grade Phyllodes tumor and to review the bibliography.

Case Report:

63-year-old female with breast tumor. Image study with bilateral tumor lesion, histological report: high grade Phyllodes tumor. Patient received adjuvant radiation therapy.

Discussion:

Phyllodes tumor is a rare fibroepithelial neoplasia, it constitutes 0.3 to 0.9% of breast tumors. The treatment must evaluate several parameters, the most common are atypia, mitosis, etc. Metastases are generally hematogenous.
