A 41-year-old female patient diagnosed with stage I cervical cancer, who presented metastases to lung associated with pulmonary tuberculosis in a time period of 3 months approximately. Incidence of lung metastasis in stage II is 6-7%, with a progression period of 39 months. Metastatic dissemination in most cases is lymphatic; hematogenous form is extremely rare, and if it happens, usual sites are lung and bone. Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection is cell-mediated immunity, which has a decisive role in the development of malignancies. It is difficult to determine which is the causal factor with the greatest influence for the development to metastasis in accelerated way.
