Immediate breast reconstruction procedures are performed when allowed by oncological criteria and patient characteristics, in order to obtain results with adequate volume, shape, projection and conservation of the nipple areola complex. This paper presents a case report and the description of a multiplanar surgical technique (skin, muscle, acellular dermal matrix, dermal flap and fat), which provides a better post-mastectomy skin coverage without compromising the oncologic outcome.
