Colorectal adenocarcinoma usually metastasizes to the liver and/or lung, but rarely metastasizes to the skin. In a lower incidence it occurs at the facial level or on the scalp. The behavior of a skin metastasis at the head of colorectal cancer is unknown. With regard to a female patient with extensive facial metastasis at debut, a review of the cases published to date was carried out to describe the behavior of this scenario.
