CHAPARRO MARTINEZ, Amneris. Feminism, Gender, and Epistemic Injustices. Debate fem. [online]. 2021, vol.62, pp.1-23.  Epub 05-Maio-2023. ISSN 2594-066X.  https://doi.org/10.22201/cieg.2594066xe.2021.62.2269.

The article describes the way feminist knowledge has been shaped within academia and its impact on the establishment of gender studies as an interdisciplinary field of knowledge, on the one hand, and of feminist epistemology as a critical theoretical-methodological basis on the other. Despite their enormous contributions to the sciences and humanities, gender studies and feminist epistemology have also been the target of epistemic injustices. Following the work of Miranda Fricker (2007), a theoretical reflection is made on the way knowledge created by women and feminized subjects is received with credibility deficits, rejection, and exclusion, as well as its implications for the reproduction of unequal relationships.
