This article analyzes the different governments of security that emerge from the security discourse of the Ministry of Security the Argentinian Nation during the Kirchner period. From a theoretical perspective it recovers Foucault elements and from a qualitative the archaeological methodology, this writing looks into the diagnoses and modalities of security intervention of the ministerial discourses and their continuities and displacements regarding the hegemonic discourse. The social, political and media discourse installed in the nineties. Ministerial speeches equate insecurity and crimes of the popular sectors champion security forces as the main aspect to persecute crime. Likewise, we point out a series of displacements regarding common security senses. First, in the ministerial speeches the popular sectors are seen as the main victims of insecurity. Second, we indicate that security intervention mechanisms are subordinated to the postulates of political government, human rights and conflict management.
