In this article, an analysis was made of the use of the mediation process for the resolution of family law disputes, as an alternative mechanism to the jurisdictional one, whose effectiveness is of great importance in promoting the stability of the family as a fundamental element of the society. It should be noted that the Alternative Justice Center of Mexico City is taken as a starting point, its way of operating, in order to propose the use of Information and Communication Technologies through mobile applications to carry out mediation In a virtual way, due to the current conditions that prevail in our country regarding the Covid-19, once the pandemic is over, it can stay for people who do not have the time or possibility to go to the center, but are in the better disposition to solve your conflicts.
