This paper offers a solution to the problem of estimating Quarterly Regional Accounts congruently with national figures. We present, through an example, a procedure to solve that issue. That procedure allows us to get jointly the Best Linear Unbiased Estimates of a group of series, when some transversal and temporal aggregations of them are available. Moreover, the paper offers solutions to some previous aspects (construction of synthetics indexes, filtering and dating indicators) that any process of estimating Quarterly Accounts requires.
