Since the mid-19th century, the social and political problems associated with citizenship have become a matter that has led to the construction of various strategic responses. Until the mid-1970s, the ways in which the question of citizenship was resolved implied progressive state "authorization" on the basis of the dual process of statization of representative and government authorities. Since then, a reverse process has begun to be established, leading state authorities to be questioned.
