One of the central topics for the social sciences nowadays is the analysis of the phenomenon known as globalization. Their impacts are not only economic, but also political and cultural. For Latin America that has constituted their regional identity with base in the culture, it is primordial to analyze and to meditate on the implications that the cultural globalization has for the region and which are those elements with which counts to make front.
