In this text we make a description-analysis of the political and electoral games during the year 2007 that culminated with the general elections of October. We deal particularly with the characteristics of the partisan campaigns and of the novelties and permanencies that show the results. We try to discriminate against the electoral preferences by regions and social sectors, distanced of some common places diffused by big media with evident critic intention to the winning party. We make notice, finally that the quick overcoming of the economic crisis of 2001-2002 didn’t have a correlative improvement in the quality of the political institutional game.
