Abstract: In this work, the theoretical foundations that support a research protocol are presented based on the need of how to make the tutoring program efficient in the Upper Middle Level of the North Zone of the Autonomous University of Guerrero, by virtue of the fact that the tutoring program could not be developed as such; Therefore, a research protocol is proposed that conceives the design of an educational strategy for the efficient development of the Tutoring Program in the Upper Middle Level of the North Zone of the Autonomous University of Guerrero.
