This presentation develops an offer of theoretical intrapreneur model for the innovation in organizations that last with results of three investigations. It contemplates two experimental studies in Mexico and Colombia respectively, in big organizations, and an exploratory study with executives of Pymes in Bogota DC.

This model’s proposal tries to predict the effect of the independent variables, organizational and individual characteristics, and creation of the organizational context on the dependent variable ‘innovation’.

It is an advance of the book named “Intrapreneur model proposal for the Innovation”, which nowadays is in the checking process by International Couples for its publication.
