The present paper makes reference the public administration, especially the one related to social evaluation in projects of investments of Federal Government, which takes place in Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), the oil mexican company and one comparative analysis with us homolog venezuelan. The research method, the results and some recommendations are also included.
