Polarization of the development between the large cities and micro regions generates the permanent mobilization of the industrious population in search of better jobs paid. In the present work the regional imbalance is analyzed in which the agroindustrias of Veracruz State are found as an example of the problematic national in which the same tendency is observed and the form as some agroindustrias have managed to improve their levels of competitiveness as a consequence of a greater integration to their chains of value.
