The moral judgment is a competence oriented towards the everyday's decision making process. Furthermore, leadership deals with daily valuations about what is good or bad for the organization. However, this paper shows that leadership practices do not relate to the moral judgment. The following five practices, defying the process, inspiring a shared view, empowering others to act, modelling the way, and encouraging the heart do not have any link with the competence of moral judgment. Two questionnaires were applied: 1) the Inventory of Leadership Practices (ILP), self-evaluation, and 2) the Questionnaire of Socio Moral, Managerial and Entrepreneurial Problems. The number of manager participants was 176. Moreover, the moral judgment was measured by the 'C' index and each of the five leadership practices was average measured. The statistical analysis between the 'C' index and the five leadership practices lacks of any correspondence. As a result, it can be assumed that the leadership practices are independent from the moral judgment.
