We calculate the branching ratios for the decays B K₀^* and B f₀K, in the 'Naive Factorization (NFA) 'approximation, The dipole penguin operator ₁₁ contributions are included and the scalar mesons are considered as bounded states. We compare, favorably our results with the experimental available data.
