This article reflects the philosophical proposals of hermeneutics which may he helpful for pedagogues and teachers, in the knowledge that philosophy proposes whilst the specialists in the field in question modify, refuse and accept. The reflections of Gadamer, Eco, Deleuze, Ricoeur (Aristotle, Schiller and Huizinga as background) and Hannah Arendt are mentioned as guidance, since it updates ancient pedagogic theories why way of dialogue, conversation and the recognition of the student, rather than disdain. These reflections are contrary to the speakers monologue and to the perversions of the teachers. Trough cultural playfulness, which presupposes love and justice, the intention is to promote the rebellion of the human being against the homo laborans (working man), drowned in the automatism of a certain mechanical emptiness, to reorient their work towards creation and life, the latter being understood as creation and self-creation.
