A review of historic background of abdominal pregnancy was done. It is related the events in a clinic session about diagnosis and treatment of extrauterin pregnancy, with enphasis in abdominal pregnancy. It is discussed the frequency of this in our country and wich has been the management of abdominal pregnancy, also wich must be the most suitable management from a scientific and bioethical point of view.
