This paper includes some results from a larger study about the processes of exclusion of women with disabilities, access to sexual and reproductive rights in Mexico. In particular realizes the contrasts between the discourses of specialized institutions that promote full access to rights of persons with disabilities and specific attitudes and practices of personnel providing services to this population, where applications are related to their sexuality and reproduction and identifies the latter assumed positions before the speeches that most of the time, are rooted in prejudices that place them as dependents and asexual.
