Objective: To know the convergences between care work, paid work and collectivity through the experiences of female heads of household agricultural workers in Villa Juárez, Navolato, Sinaloa. Methodology: A qualitative approach and the intersectional feminist theoretical-methodological positioning is used in six focus group sessions with nine women. Results: Gender, ethnicity, language and age are categories interweaved with agricultural working women’s day-to-day life and show different situations of oppression that at the same time complicates and hinders the ways of responding to the needs of their environment. Value: The research gives information to enrich family heads among agricultural population investigation state of art. Limitations: The study only considers the narratives of the women who were present in the six sessions. Conclusions: There is no dividing line between working spaces but they increase continuously, reducing women’s leisure time.
