The research seeks to identify the level of resilience of nurses in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. An integrative review was conducted looking for research articles on levels of resilience in nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic between 2020-2021. The authors agree that nurses have resilience, mostly high, followed by medium and low, as an evident characteristic of their performance related to the need to face and adapt to a stressful work environment, with situations that reflect people's vulnerability to the disease, suffering and death, increasing in adverse working conditions such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
