This research shows a systematic review of business productivity, addressing its conceptualization, components and factors related to the subject. Its main objective is to reflect and analyze studies on the study variable to select the frequent aspects that benefit the company through the proper management of productivity. The methodology of the systematic review of the scientific literature (SLR), allowed the search and review of the information, identified 71 studies elaborated in Latin American countries, in English and Spanish published between 2007 and 2021 in the databases of Redalyc, Dialnet, Web of Science, Google Scholar, SciELO and Elsevier. As a result, 24 articles were obtained that met the inclusion characteristics developed in the methodology section, the main contributions of the object of study are described, identifying the frequent aspects that allow the increase of business productivity. It is concluded that, if it is to be competitive in international markets, it is necessary to strengthen the organizational aspects to achieve maximum productivity in order to meet the needs of customers in any market.
