Definition of the explanatory variables.

Primary education: Share of total population older tna 25 years of age with at leat one year of primary education.

Secondary education: Share ogf total population older than 25"years of age with at least one year of secondary education.

Infrastructure: This variable was identified as the capacity of kilowatts generated in each Metropolitan Area.
