Multibody effects in intermolecular interactions and reaction pathways for catalytic processes. Part I. JeanPierre Daudey's contributions to mexican science

Abstract
We review here a series of works by JeanPierre Daudey in the field of multibody expansions and nonadditive effects in clusters (Arn, Ben, Mgn, Agn) and also for the structureactivity relation in homogeneous catalysts used for the hydrogenation of olefin and the production of heavy water. These works were developed during his constant visits to México, in collaboration of one among various research groups here that benefite from his talent, expertise and generosity.

Resumen
Revisamos aquí una serie de artículos con JeanPierre Daudey en los campos de desarrollo de multicuerpos y efectos noadictivos en cúmulos (Arn, Ben, Mgn, Agn) y también de la relación estructuraactividad en catálisis homogénea para hidrogenación de olefina y producción de agua pesada. Estos artículos fueron desarrollados durante sus continuas visitas a México en colaboración con uno de varios grupos de investigación aquí que resultaron beneficiado por su experiencia, talento y generosidad.
