SERRANO RODRIGUEZ, Rocío y PONTES PEDRAJAS, Alfonso. Level of development of skills and general objectives of the Masters in Teacher Training for Secondary Education. Perfiles educativos [online]. 2015, vol.37, n.150, pp.39-55. ISSN 0185-2698.
This paper presents the results obtained from analysis of the opinions of 353 students of the Masters in Teacher Training for Secondary Education at the University of Cordoba (Spain) (Master FPES), using a Likert scale questionnaire designed to evaluate the level of development acquired in general skills in this Masters degree. The results show a moderate level of satisfaction in the evaluation of most of the educational goals and skills, with several nuclei of opinion being identified that could be considered as distinct subdomains within the initial thinking on teaching skills. The existence of a major factor, which groups most of the variables (core skills), and two secondary factors, including the rest (secondary skills), were also observed.
