The presence of NaCl’s particles in marine aerosol generates corrosion in steel sculptures of patrimonial interest, artistic and architectural value. It is here where the observation of corrosion using a salt spray chamber, sensors and a low cost microscope could allow its study, along with the advantage of being able to develop interdisciplinary projects between careers in Pedagogy in Chemistry, Mathematics and Computing, History and Geography and Plastic Arts. In addition to the study of the anticorrosive properties of Metamizol against carbon steel subjected to the marine aerosol in the salt spray chamber through the use of photomicrographs.
