In the international field, the vinculation process and social pertinence between university and labor market have been very bleak in the last decades. It is even more in those countries with structural deficiencies that just focus their educative politics to increment the enrollment and conclusion of their studies. In Mexico, to the recurrent problems that the educative system of higher education (scholar drop out, failure, low conclusion efficiency, low academic performance, change career, and others) we have to add the one caused for the increment of the scholar demand, particularly, the academic quality deficient, unbalanced composition of the enrollment by area of knowledge, and the enrollment concentration in a few careers with saturated labor destination. In this context, the aim of this paper is to show some indicators that notice the vinculation and social pertinence problems in the educative system of higher education in this country, with special attention in Sonora, to emphasize the discursive manage of this process according on the instrumental and economic politic purpose in that to be insert the educative politic national.
