This work presents a taxonomic list of the fungi of the Boletaceae family from the state of Jalisco, Mexico, based on recent classification proposals. For the elaboration of the list, the species previously cited in the literature were considered, likewise, specimens corresponding to this family deposited in the herbaria IBUG and ITCV were examined morphologically. A total of 68 taxa assigned to seven subfamilies, 30 genera with 59 species, two varieties and seven related species are recognized in this state. Boletellus flocculosipes, Boletus pseudopeckii, B. rubriceps, B. speciosus, Buchwaldoboletus lignicola, Chalciporus rubinellus, Hemileccinum subglabripes, Hortiboletus campestris, and Tylopilus obscurus are attached as new records for the Jalisco mycobiota species.
