The central point of this article is to analyze what happened between the crisis of the colonial period and the first republican stages in a society that was predominated by the Indians of Mexico, the recent state of Oaxaca, and how this case can show us the way as the Indian’s towns took up again, according to its “usos y costumbres” and recreated symbiotically the political “ideas” of the “gaditano” and republican constitutionalism.
