What role does anger play in voting? This is the central question that guides this text. This is worked through the revision of the definition of anger and indignation in psychology, social sciences and politics. As well as, from the data of a survey on emotions and suffrage in the 2018 Mexican presidential elections, accompanied by some interviews. So there is a double objective, to demonstrate the importance of anger in the orientation of the vote through a survey, and to reflect on this emotion in life and especially in the political according to specialized literature. As a result, it is possible to show the important role of anger in the election studied, and its role in general in the political world.
