The Information Systems (IS) are one of the most important elements of the current business environment they offer big opportunities for companies that take benefit of their advantages, but that in turn drive them to continue investing in this type of technology, which leads need to measure and examine their costs and benefits, for meeting their profitability. Therefore, this article aims to study the variables or indicators of organizational type and IS they can be significant to evaluate this relationship. The above from a literature review. The results of this review show the positive impact of this technology in the business, reflected principally in the dimensions of internal efficiency, cost control and sales.
